Here at RMG we pride ourselves on the fantastic campaigns we create, implement and deliver for
our clients. One key thing to remember is that every team we manage comprises of dedicated sales
and marketing professionals. We do not believe in diluting the messages of the brands we work so
each member of staff working in store will only ever represent one client at a time.
We always strive to do everything to the highest possible standard and every service we offer
can adapted to our individual client’s specific needs. Here’s a summary of the main types of
activity we can provide:
Full Time Teams
We recruit and manage ongoing teams for the brands we work with. A key focus of these teams is
to take ownership of the stores in their area by building good working relationships with the
store staff and managers, as well as area managers. Once in-store, the teams seek to provide
concise but comprehensive training to the store staff with excitement and passion for the products
they represent. They also implement and manage local or regional incentives to create a real
buzz in store. We work hard to keep our teams and the in-store staff they work with motivated
to sell the products we are promoting.
Tactical Teams
We provide flexible staff with an enthusiastic outlook to work on short to medium term projects for
the brands we work with. We understand the fast-paced nature of retail and have built a service which
allows or teams to be mobilized quickly. We also love to brainstorm creative ideas to make sure that
each and every campaign we work on makes the biggest possible impact! From a cash-in-a-box promotion
through to scratch cards, there is plenty that our skilled and slightly mad team can come up with!
Other Activites
We make every effort to be a one-stop-shop for our clients, retail partners and staff. If
someone comes to us with a problem, we’ll do everything we can to come up with a brilliant
solution.
If you just want field marketing, that’s fine. However, if you need something extra, we’re here
to help!
If you’ve ever been stuck for storage or disappointed with deliveries, we can sort this! We have
a modern warehouse facility ready and waiting for your stock to be delivered. We’ll take whatever
you need us to, and if it ever has to be dispatched anywhere, we can arrange this too. This also
means that any point of sale that the field teams need is readily available.
Do you need clever clothes or branded bags? We have a dedicated promotions team to make sure
that our teams and well-dressed and, more importantly, well-branded.
Or what about branded cars and vans to shout your brand messages for each and every mile
travelled by our teams (and we travel thousands of miles every day!) We can help with this too!
