We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Reporting & Data Coordinator to support our Operations Manager at our head office in Reading. The main duties of this role are: - managing and maintaining online systems - work with account managers to create and develop reporting needs and templates around our clients on an ongoing basis - create bespoke reporting output for our clients in Excel & Powerpoint on a weekly basis - digest data and understand trends around the reporting including making suggestions on these trends - support the head-office team with general tasks as necessary The ideal candidate will: - have excellent computer skills using the latest MS products - Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint is a must - an analytical mind set with an interest in data and number ‘crunching’ - enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and able to multi-task - be pro-active, flexible and organised - be friendly, customer focused and well presented - have a pro-active approach to problem solving and planning activities - be eager to learn - have clear written skills - have excellent attention to detail - enjoy working as part of a team whilst using their own initiative Induction and ongoing training will be provided.
